Steve Lott

Bio: Steve is a Managing Director at Infinite Equity focused on equity plan administration. He has over 20 years of experience supporting clients on several platforms such as E-Trade’s EquityEdge, Shareworks, Certent, Carta, Fidelity and Charles Schwab’s Equiview platform. Assisting clients with system implementations, ongoing administration and stock-based compensation reporting, and accounting. Prior to joining Infinite Equity, Steve held leadership positions with RGP, Morgan Stanley, AST, and Global Shares. Steve earned an Associate of Arts degree from Diablo Valley College while working on the Pacific Stock Exchange trading floor. Steve also completed the Entrepreneurs and Company Start- up certificate program at De Anza College.
